Fresh {Strawberry Lemonade} Juice - No Sugar Added

I am sooooooooo excited about a few things: 1) that sweet organic strawberries are almost back in season and more affordable at the grocery store, 2) that it's lighter so much later into the evening these days, and 3) that my cookbook is almost done -- I turn in the final manuscript on Monday! I seriously cannot wait for you to be able to get my cookbook. The recipes are amazing, the photos are gorgeous, and the decadent desserts...OMG!!  There's 101 recipes packed in there and you've only see a few of them. This book will transform the way you cook and the way you look at everyday superfoods! I will definitely keep you posted on when you can pre-order a copy. For now... let's celebrate with Strawberry Lemonade!

I love this because it's all juice.

Some strawberry lemonade recipes call for THREE cups or more of white sugar. Mine has zero.  And yet, it is perfectly (and delightfully) sweet.

There's veggies hidden inside -- like parsnips and cucumber, but no one will ever know! They will just wonder how you made such a delicious drink and want the recipe for their next summer barbeque.

So here's to summer and to my upcoming cookbook! CHEERS.
