Berry Smoothie Bowl
1 1⁄4 cupSilk unsweetened almondmilk
1scoop of Vega Proteins + Greens
1 tablespoonGround Flax
1 tablespoonPeanut Butter (or nut butter of choice)
2 cupsmixed frozen berries, apples, and butternut squash
- Combine all smoothie ingredients in a high powered blender. Puree on high until smooth. If it seems too thick, add a splash more of almondmilk.
- Pour/spoon the smoothie mixture into a bowl. Add the toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
