Slow Cooker Tuscan Tortellini | Nosh and Nourish
20 ouncesCheese Tortellini
15 ouncesMuirGlen diced tomatoes and onions (drained)
1 packageMcCormick's Gourmet Garlic & White Wine Marinade
1 cupAsparagus (cut up into 1 inch pieces)
32 ouncesVeggie Broth (or chicken broth)
3⁄4 cupsWhite Wine (I used Chardonnay, optional)
10Basil Leaves (diced)
3⁄4 cupsWater (if needed at the end)
1 dashParmesan Cheese (shredded)
- Combine ingredients in a slow cooker, with the exception of the tortellini
- Cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4.
- Add tortellini in the last hour, before serving.
- Top with shredded parmesan cheese.
